About the Opportunity

A respected energy consulting firm is launching a new Generation Services practice and is seeking a senior leader to build and scale the offering nationally.

This executive role will lead consulting services related to Ownerโ€™s Engineering, commissioning, operations & maintenance advisory, and cost estimation for power generation projects, including renewable energy, battery storage, and gas-fired generation.

This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for building client relationships, leading complex projects, and growing a national consulting practice.

โ€ข Build and manage a portfolio of energy industry clients

โ€ข Lead consulting engagements related to power generation projects

โ€ข Provide oversight of EPC contractors and engineering teams

โ€ข Drive new business development and cross-selling opportunities

โ€ข Lead multidisciplinary project teams delivering complex consulting work

โ€ข Mentor and develop technical staff and project managers

โ€ข Establish and grow a national Generation Services practice

What Weโ€™re Looking For

โ€ข 20+ years of experience in power generation, utilities, or energy consulting

โ€ข Experience serving as Ownerโ€™s Engineer or overseeing EPC providers

โ€ข Background in renewable, battery storage, or gas-fired generation projects

โ€ข Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and projects

โ€ข Strong business development and client relationship skills

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in engineering or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred)
