Job Description

Join our IT organization as a Sr. Advisor driving the vision, priorities, and delivery outcomes across three critical IT Supplier Management Office (SMO) service areas: IT PO/Invoice Processing, IT Asset Management, and IT Telco & SMO Operational Reporting. You'll translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, orchestrate crossteam execution, and elevate datadriven reporting that informs decisions and strengthens operational performance.
What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain service roadmaps; prioritize work and ensure measurable outcomes across IT PO/Invoice Processing, IT Asset Management, and IT Telco/SMO reporting.
  • Improve process controls, compliance, and risk management; drive transparency and effectiveness with reliable metrics and dashboards.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across IT leadership, vendors, and partner teams.


What you'll bring:

  • Deep IT Asset Management expertise: hardware/software lifecycle governance, license & entitlement oversight, inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and tooling familiarity (e.g., asset repositories).
  • Solid understanding of procurement workflows (PO matching, invoice validation) and telco billing/usage reporting.
  • 7+ years in IT Operations/Supplier Management/Asset Management and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication, analytical problemsolving, process automation, and the ability to drive outcomes in crossfunctional environments.
  • Ability utilize AI to enhance, automate, and streamline processes.
  • Impact:
  • Your work will streamline how IT manages assets, spend, and reporting-delivering clear results, better controls, and continuous improvement across our IT Supplier Management services.
This role is based at our National Executive Office in Memphis, TN or our satellite office in Coppell, TX. Candidates residing in these areas are eligible for a hybrid work schedule. For other markets within the United States, this position is eligible for remote work.
