Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, identifying specific needs and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to address the unique challenges faced by patients.
  • Perform accurate billing, documentation, and preparation of individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms within designated time frames to maintain compliance.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness initiatives to assist patients in achieving and maintaining stable functioning.
  • Create and execute personalized discharge plans that support a smooth transition for clients as they progress in their treatment.
  • Adhere strictly to federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, to uphold the highest standard of care.
  • Actively engage in continuing education and training to enhance your professional skills and stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
  • Participate in meaningful case consultations and agency meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the collaborative care approach.
  • Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training sessions to maintain your qualifications and proficiency.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
