Position Summary:

TheDistrictManager ofEastern Canadashouldresidein/or near Montreal or Ontarioand expect to travel within EasternCanadafrequently.This roleis responsible formanaging and growing a defined sales and service territory withintheEasternCanada territory. This role focuses on selling and supporting industrial chemical programs across heavy and light segments, with an emphasis on wastewater treatment (WWT). The position is expected to deliver sustained growth significantly above industry CAGR, enabling future expansion of the regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and managea salesand service territory coveringEasternCanada(may berequiredto work outside the region listed as needed).
  • Serve as a trusted technical and commercial resource for customers, ensuring high service quality and long-term partnerships.
  • Sell, implement, and support industrial chemical programs for customers in various industries (food and beverage, municipalities, general manufacturing, mining, oil services, etc.)
  • Identify, develop, and execute complex water treatment opportunities in line with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with other Tidal Vision business units on territory crossover opportunities, evaluated and managed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Supporting the hiring ofadditionalsales and service representatives under the CCO.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in the wastewater treatment industry, with a primary focus on customer accounts and sales.
  • Must have technical knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, including a variety of experience in food andbeverage, mining, oil and gas, or related.
  • Must sit inEastern Canadawith the ability to freely travelwithinEasternCanadaand the United Statesas needed.
  • Travel required: 50%.
  • Fluency inEnglish& French.

Licensing & Special Requirements:

Subject to a criminal background check.

Working Conditions:

Primarily office-based withfrequenttravel to facilities and customer sites. Sitting or standing for extended periods may berequired.
