Location : Remote; Locating in Plano office is preferred but we might accommodate remote work for the high-caliber candidate.

Job Responsibility:

1.Lead market development and sales support for overseas data center primary-side product categories (chillers, cooling towers, chilled water pumps, etc.) to achieve regional sales targets.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with overseas data center customers, EPC general contractors, and design institutes.

3. Manage the full project lifecycle for overseas data center engineering projects: solution design, quotation, commercial negotiation, bidding, and contract signing.

4. Coordinate technical solution delivery with manufacturing and overseas after-sales teams to ensure on-time project delivery.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above with concentration in HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering is preferred.

2. 3+ years of sales experience in central air conditioning or large-tonnage chillers; prior data center project sales experience preferred.

3. Is able to independently engaging key customers, developing sales proposals and bidding documents.

4. Familiar with enterprise sales processes and project bidding; strong business negotiation and customer development skills.

5. Result-driven and resilient under pressure; prior data center customer relationships preferred.

6 hold a valid work visa for employment by any U.S. employer and dose not require work visa sponsorship for now or in future.
