As an LICSW with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, mental, and behavioral health needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused psychotherapy, to facilitate client growth and recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records while adhering strictly to confidentiality standards and compliance regulations.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families, facilitating understanding and participation in the treatment process.
• Staying informed about advancements in mental health research and best practices to enhance care delivery.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, essential for clinical decision-making.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competence in mental health interventions.
• Previous engagement in trauma-informed care practices.
• Comfort using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and record-keeping.
