• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring timely updates to care plans and progress notes.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and school administrators, to coordinate care efforts and maximize support for each student.
• Conduct educational workshops for parents, students, and school staff to reduce stigma around mental health and foster a supportive community.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing insights and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

This role focuses on a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school levels, many of whom face challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. We emphasize culturally competent care, recognizing the unique backgrounds and needs of each student while providing a supportive and therapeutic environment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on psychotherapy and counseling.
