• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing DSM-5 criteria to develop tailored treatment plans that focus on the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to address the multifaceted mental health concerns of individuals, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive integrated care by regularly consulting with physicians and other healthcare professionals, managing treatment plans, and participating in case conferences.
• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing evidence-based techniques to effectively manage acute mental health episodes, including suicidal ideation and severe anxiety crises.
• Engage in proactive community outreach and educational initiatives, partnering with local organizations to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with mental health treatments.

The target population for this role includes individuals facing terminal illnesses, their families, and caregivers. Our therapists play a vital role in assisting clients through the emotional complexities of their circumstances, providing grief support and therapeutic interventions to help them cope with pain, loss, and the transition toward end-of-life care.

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively forge therapeutic relationships and establish rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, with the ability to sensitively navigate the diverse needs of clients across different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing for efficient management of caseloads and adherence to documentation requirements.

• Prior experience in hospice or palliative care settings, with a profound understanding of the unique psychological needs of terminally ill patients.
• Clinical experience in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools that facilitate remote therapy sessions.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
