Job description

Director of Sales - Partnerships - Build, Scale, and Win in a High-Growth Market! 
ECAM is seeking a driven and strategic Director of Sales to drive national revenue growth for ECAM Market, a security innovation platform delivering proactive remote video monitoring and mobile surveillance. This role leads strategic sales initiatives, manages enterprise accounts, and builds a scalable recurring revenue engine.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Revenue Leadership: Achieve new monthly recurring revenue; expand enterprise multi-site accounts. 
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term C-suite and key account partnerships. 
  • Sales Operations: Forecasting, pipeline management, CRM optimization, and proposal turnaround. 
  • Market Analysis: Track trends, competitor activity, and identify new growth opportunities. 
  • Reporting: Provide actionable insights and performance updates to executive leadership.  

Your Qualifications: 

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • 7-10+ years in enterprise sales or recurring revenue environments (security or technology preferred). 
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus. 
  • Proficiency with CRM, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to scale revenue and lead high-performing teams. 

Working Conditions: 

  • Flexibility in work schedule may be required depending upon the client's needs. 
  • Travel within North America may be required subject to client needs. 
  • Ability and willingness to work occasionally outside of regular business hours.
