Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Create personalized therapy programs that cater to each client's specific issues and therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, for comprehensive care delivery.
• Educate clients and their families about the therapeutic process and provide guidance as they navigate their healing journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 140,000, based on experience and credentials.
• A $3,000 sign-on bonus for new licensed therapists.
