• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning; develop both pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Create and maintain accurate clinical documentation that meets regulatory standards and is submitted promptly.
• Utilize clinically validated, evidence-based screening tools, as recommended by our clinical team, to effectively evaluate client progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that align with best practices.
• Engage actively in credentialing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Act as a key liaison with relevant service systems and community partners, advocating for clients’ needs and enhancing service delivery.
• Develop and maintain communication with stakeholders to foster partnerships, garner support for program initiatives, and explore new funding opportunities.
• Participate in professional development activities such as conferences and committees related to behavioral health to further enhance your clinical expertise.
• Promote the mission and values of Brightways Recovery Plus in all aspects of your role while supporting the Clinic Director in executing operational objectives.

Our clients range across various backgrounds, including individuals navigating mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and individuals needing support for developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, ensuring foundational knowledge in mental health treatment.
• An active independent LMHC license issued by the state board is essential for this role.
• Strong skills in maintaining clinical records and generating comprehensive reports that detail patient progress.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment, bringing different perspectives together to achieve common goals.
