This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth. • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Continuously assess client progress and treatment requirements, ensuring that services evolve in accordance with their changing needs.
• Actively engage in the creation, monitoring, and implementation of individualized service plans that promote client autonomy.
• Teach clients essential coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and communication skills necessary for day-to-day interactions.
• Provide educational support regarding community resources, effectively advocating for clients and connecting them with the services they need.

Your primary focus will be on adults suffering from various mental health conditions who require support in maintaining their independence and stability within their communities. You will help them navigate their challenges and build resilience through tailored interventions and compassionate guidance.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure in the state of Connecticut is a prerequisite; acceptable licenses include: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PsyD.
• Ability to operate independently, providing clinical services without supervision.
• Your license must be free of disciplinary actions.
• A high degree of interpersonal skills and empathy, which will help you connect and communicate effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in computer usage to facilitate telehealth sessions and maintain electronic documentation.
• Must have reliable internet connectivity to support telehealth communication.

• Hands-on experience delivering direct clinical services within mental health settings.
• Experience with telehealth practices, ensuring effective virtual support for clients.
• Demonstrated skills in conducting assessments and crafting treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Knowledge of community resources to effectively assist clients in accessing the services they require.
