This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct your duties from the comfort of your home while having access to our collaborative online platforms. • Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in virtual settings.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to contribute to achieving collective goals, promoting teamwork, and ensuring optimal client care.
• Conduct thorough assessments while utilizing evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and potential mental health crises.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring clients have access to necessary services and resources.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to address the specific issues presented by clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention, providing timely and effective responses to clients in distress.
• Monitor ongoing client progress, including managing admission and discharge criteria and ensuring seamless transitions between care levels.
• Timely completion and submission of documentation and reports to meet regulatory requirements, maintaining organizational standards.
• Participate in quality improvement committees focused on enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

As an LCSW at Oak Leaf Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse clientele, primarily from underserved communities within Tucson and surrounding areas. Your focus will involve providing vital mental health treatment and support services to individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Your work will empower clients by promoting informed decision-making and fostering an environment of trust and respect.

• Holder of a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating a well-rounded background in mental health care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, essential for managing a caseload and ensuring timely documentation.
• Competence in addressing age-related and developmental needs relevant to the populations served.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, enhancing our service to a wider audience.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience working in a remote clinical setting, employing digital tools for therapy and client management. Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and regulatory compliance related to remote care delivery is advantageous.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
