• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies to address client needs.
• Conduct timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements.
• Utilize clinically validated screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to identify needs and monitor client progress effectively.
• Engage in team-based approaches to create and implement positive behavior support plans, actively contributing to multi-disciplinary care strategies.
• Be an integral participant in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring all practices meet industry standards.
• Act as a liaison with community partners, state agencies, and other service systems to enhance service delivery and client support.
• Maintain clear, open communication with clients and fellow team members, aligned with the agency's mission and values.
• Develop and strengthen professional relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to identify funding sources and potential partnerships.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development opportunities, including attending conferences and representing the agency in various capacities.
• Promote the mission, values, philosophy, and principles of Positive Harmony Pathways Counseling within the community and amongst staff.
• Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director, supporting the operational goals of the counseling team.

The ideal candidate will work with diverse populations, including individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Counselors will play a crucial role in advocating for and empowering clients from various backgrounds, ensuring they receive tailored support that respects their unique experiences and promotes resilience.

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is essential for this role.

While not mandatory, we highly value previous clinical experience in mental health counseling and familiarity with diverse therapeutic interventions. Experience working with various client populations and knowledge of local community resources are advantageous for optimal service delivery.
