• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify presenting issues, histories, and specific treatment goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of each client.

In this role, you will primarily work with school-age children and adolescents facing various mental health issues. This may include anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and challenges related to academic performance. Our focus is on delivering support that enables these young individuals to thrive emotionally and socially, ensuring their successful development both in school and home environments.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience delivering therapy in a clinical setting, preferably with adolescents or in a school environment.
• Solid clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

• Experience working in a school-based setting or with educational institutions is highly preferred.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, inclusive of performance-related incentives. Benefits include:
