In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities designed to meet the diverse needs of the students. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each student's unique circumstances.
• Implementing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address a wide range of mental health challenges, enabling students to build coping strategies and resiliency.
• Maintaining precise clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality while also supporting the continuity of care.

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and their families, addressing issues like anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, and other mental health conditions that hinder academic and personal progress. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting a strong foundation in mental health and social services.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida, demonstrating your compliance with professional standards and practices.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience supporting individuals in managing mental health issues, showcasing your expertise and capability in providing meaningful interventions.
