As our Senior Account Executive & Growth Strategist, you’ll help shape the future of our customer experience. You’ll set the standard by doing—working alongside the team while guiding them to higher performance, deeper product knowledge, and more impactful conversations with our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Jump in from day one—engaging directly with customers and setting the tone for a high-performing, proactive success team.
  • Develop the Team: Coach and empower a global support/billing team to operate with confidence across 20+ platforms and serve as consultative account managers.
  • Marketing-Driven Support: Speak the language of marketers and agency owners—offering real strategic value and product alignment in every interaction.
  • Build Resources: Collaborate to develop SOPs, internal training, and customer-facing education that strengthens performance and consistency.
  • Leverage AI Tools: Help integrate AI-powered processes that improve efficiency, personalization, and impact across all success channels.
  • Drive Results: Monitor and improve KPIs like first response time, resolution speed, CSAT, retention, and upsell revenue.
  • Partner Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product to create a seamless and aligned customer journey.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in customer success, account management, or technical support—ideally in a SaaS or marketing-related company.
Marketing Fluency: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and client success in a marketing agency environment.
Hands-On Leadership: You’re a proactive leader who believes in modeling what excellence looks like and growing alongside the team.
Process Builder: Comfortable developing workflows, resources, and playbooks that elevate team efficiency and customer results.
️Tech-Friendly: Familiarity with Zendesk, Keap/Infusionsoft, WordPress, Klaviyo, Elev.io, or similar tools is a bonus—but not required.
Remote-Ready: Must be fluent in English and available to work EST hours.
