The Project Manager will oversee and manage complex projects that involve multiple tasks, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives. This role is responsible for defining project scope and objectives, compiling and analyzing project data, and providing advisory support on project-related activities, risks, and issues. The Project Manager will lead communication efforts with stakeholders, conduct quality assurance reviews, and ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery on multiple concurrent projects.
• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and customers.
• Compile, analyze, and present project data to ensure informed decision-making.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues related to project performance and delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships through continuous communication and updates.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk management plans, and performance reports.
• Perform comprehensive analysis, stakeholder analysis, gap and fit-gap analysis, business process re-engineering, data analysis, training analysis, and change management analysis.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to project proposals and client presentations.

• This position directly supervises project teams and provides leadership to ensure project success.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project or program management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration platforms.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience in enterprise IT or business transformation projects, preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices, preferred.
  • Must provide documentation of eligibility to legally work in the United States without an employer sponsored visa.
  • Must be able to pass client background screening for security clearance.

Salary
  • Exempt
  • $100,000-$165,000 annual. Salary is dependent upon experience level and qualifications/certifications
