As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Stronger Together Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand client needs and formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
• Offer client-centered therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, adapting techniques to meet the unique circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate ongoing progress by identifying therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring improvements, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all client interactions, adhering to compliance standards and organizational protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and in-services, enabling you to stay current with evolving best practices in mental health care.

Your work will primarily involve supporting low-acuity clients, allowing you to focus on effective interventions that promote their emotional well-being. The client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals from various backgrounds, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational issues. Our platform is designed to reach individuals who may not have easy access to traditional mental health services, thereby contributing meaningfully to community well-being.

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A master’s degree in counseling or a related mental health field.
• Valid licensure in the state of Tennessee as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW with no disciplinary record.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing a solid foundation for effective counseling.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
