• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information on clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals, tailored interventions, and ongoing evaluation of client progress.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and aligned treatment strategies.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and peer support groups to enhance community and peer interaction.
• Offer crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to safeguard the well-being of clients as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• At least two years of clinical experience working in a mental health or outpatient environment.

• Experience working with children and adolescents is advantageous, as will experience in virtual therapy settings.
