Diamond Grove Behavioral Health Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is structured for remote work, allowing for flexibility while maintaining high standards of patient care. Although the primary work is conducted from home, collaboration with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams is facilitated through virtual meetings and shared digital platforms. The outpatient setting focuses on therapeutic support and client empowerment, ensuring clients receive the tailored care they need.

• Conduct thorough assessments using structured clinical interviews and standardized tools to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional difficulties.
• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs, incorporating their personal goals and circumstances.
• Facilitate evidence-based interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to optimize client outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and track clients' progress, utilizing outcome measures to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention strategies to assist clients during acute mental health challenges, ensuring they receive timely support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring thorough documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure seamless care coordination for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development via training sessions, workshops, and supervision meetings, remaining current with evolving theories and practices in mental health care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines set forth by relevant licensing bodies to maintain a high caliber of professionalism and care.

The primary focus of our services is on adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from varying backgrounds, each presenting unique stories and needs that our therapists skillfully address. Your role will significantly impact their lives, helping them navigate complex emotions and develop effective coping strategies.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Strong sense of empathy and commitment to supporting the mental well-being of clients.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being an active and constructive member of a therapeutic team.
• Informed on ethical practices and legal standards governing mental health treatment.

A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience is preferred. Experience in a remote setting and familiarity with telehealth practices are advantageous, as we seek to enhance our delivery of virtual therapy services.
