• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional needs, utilizing standardized tools and individualized approaches.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based methodologies that align with each client's unique goals and circumstances.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions across various formats including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, incorporating techniques that best suit client needs.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress and refine treatment strategies based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Diamond Grove, you will work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your role will empower clients to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and establish goals in a safe, respectful environment that prioritizes their emotional well-being.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a therapeutic rapport with clients.
• A deep sense of empathy and commitment to the welfare of clients.
