Compensation:$85,000 - $95,000 annual salary

Other Pay:Annual bonus potential, plus eligibility to earn additional income based on individual achievement through our Client Success incentive program

Position Overview

As the Client Success Manager, you'll serve as the face of Renalogic to assigned clients, representing program operations, value and impact, and facilitate across stakeholders (TPAs, brokers, stop loss carriers). You'll manage the end-to-end client experience, ensuring that new clients of Renalogic's dialysis cost containment and clinical support programs onboard through a smooth implementation process and existing clients have ready access to program information and support when needed.

How You'll Contribute
  • Take accountability for new-client implementation for all assigned accounts, ensuring completion of and documenting critical steps for compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure all clinical teams receive the client information necessary to provide superior member support.
  • Ensure client information is entered and updated in relevant systems.
  • Distribute regular program reporting and present value and impact to clients and stakeholders.
  • Retain groups year over year and actively upsell other products and create referral business.
  • Engage groups through client stewardship meetings, on-site events, and relationship-building activities.
  • Create, distribute, and present client implementation, retention, and renewal reports to internal stakeholders, including Senior Leadership and our Board of Directors.
  • Report on client KPIs and distribute quarterly client reports to key client contacts.
  • Develop relationships with key client contacts and other stakeholders; maintain a pulse on their strategic priorities and challenges, and anticipate needs, risks and opportunities.
  • Work cross functionally with internal operational teams to address client needs, issues, opportunities and customizations.
What You'll Need to Have
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least four years of relevant professional experience in contract management and client management within the health insurance industry is required.
  • Experience in the self-funded health insurance space, with familiarity of brokerages, TPA, and stoploss is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Zoho or similar CRM systems is highly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel multiple times a year, which will include overnight stays for corporate gatherings, conferences, and health fairs.
  • Ability to attend and professionally engage in video meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reliable power and secured internet that runs at 11 mbps or more.
  • A designated, private area to conduct work with minimal interruptions is required.
  • Strong technological skills, meaning you can effectively and efficiently use computers, peripheral equipment, and applications/systems, including Microsoft products.
  • Autonomous self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and navigate change.
  • Creative mindset and ability to appropriately challenge the status quo.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles with a yes if...' approach.
  • Ability to effectively balance competing deadlines without losing focus on the bigger picture.
