• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize various evidence-based modalities to provide engaging and personalized individual therapy sessions to clients.
• Foster a strong therapeutic relationship by collaborating with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Leverage teletherapy solutions for clients who prefer virtual engagement or face accessibility challenges, ensuring that mental health care is both convenient and impactful.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to uphold ethical and regulatory standards within mental health care practices.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational program is required.
