• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, challenges, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies that cater to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Provide individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques.
• Regularly collaborate with clients to set therapeutic objectives and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure that all client interactions and documentation meet ethical and regulatory standards, and maintain comprehensive records within our telehealth systems.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or higher is required.
• Active and unrestricted Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state where you will practice.
• No past disciplinary actions from state boards will be considered.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a compassionate attitude are essential.
• Proficient in using technology for remote therapy sessions; stable Wi-Fi connection is necessary to maintain uninterrupted client services.

• Familiarity with digital mental health tools and applications.

• Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
