Digital Health Specialist (DHS) - Physical Therapist (Bilingual) - Remote

Must be Bilingual, a board licensed Physical Therapist to practice, and experience in the Outpatient setting.

The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. The DHS participates in the development of the digital health program and serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours/week, 5 days/week). Must be in a compact state or Compact PT License-eligible. Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states. Fluent in English/Spanish Required

What You'll Need:

· Physical Therapist License

· Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience

· Bilingual - Fluent in English/Spanish Required

· Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred

What You'll Do:

· Uses digital platform to deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development.

· Performs Telehealth or Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services including interactive communication and monitoring.

· Works closely and supports operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care and staffing needs.

· Performs physical/occupational therapy RTM monitoring and treatment in accordance with standards of practice established.

· Communicates with the primary treating clinician providing revisions in treatment as appropriate.

· Develops regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services.

· Serves as a liaison between providers and Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services at CORA.

· Maintains regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics.

· Participates in program development and marketing efforts as directed by the Director of Digital Health.

· Completes other job duties as outlined by the Director of Digital Health.

· Maintains standards of professional and ethical practice according to APTA Guidelines in the full scope of physical therapy services.
