JOB TITLE: Shuttle Bus Driver (Evening and Over-night shifts)
Workplace: EZPark parking - St. Ann MO 63074
DEPARTMENT: Parking and Transportation Division
COMPANY: Drury Development Corporation - Drury Parking
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for transporting our parking customers to and from the airport terminals at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The position requires the ability to safely drive a 15-passenger shuttle bus through our parking facility, the public streets, and the airport terminal passageways. This position requires positive customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and the ability to work well within the parking division team. This position requires the minimum of six months to one year of passenger shuttle experience.
Full-time and part-time positions are available
Part-time roles typically require 25-30 hours per week.
Full-time positions include benefits.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Provide timely shuttle service to customers to/from the airport terminal to the EZPark facility, in compliance with EZPark's policies and procedures and local laws.
  • The ability to provide excellent round trip customer service from our customer's vehicles and airport terminals.
  • The ability to follow directions of routes and schedules as well as be flexible to changes and modifications as they happen.
  • The ability to safely operate a 15-passenger shuttle bus, assist customers with loading and unloading luggage, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • The ability to work in various weather conditions, the ability to sit/stand for long periods, and the ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Conduct shuttle inspections to ensure customer and employee safety and bring any defect / damage to the attention of the supervisor.
  • Maintain appearance appropriate for providing best-in-class customer service in accordance with established guidelines
  • Complete any relevant paperwork in line with Company Audit
Requirements
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
  • Obtain a DOT medical clearance
  • Demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 6 months to one year of passenger shuttle experience.
  • Polite, Professional, Punctual, and Patient.
  • Reliable transportation, ability to use radio system/terminology, and the ability follow all traffic laws
  • Inspect the shuttle at the start and end of shift for safety or operational deficiencies and report effectively to management team.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays and work overtime as required.
EDUCATION AND WORK REQUIREMENTS:
The qualified applicants will have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED degree. The qualified applicants will be able to pass the DOT standards for physical ability, drug screening, Airport badging, Airport background/security check, and maintain a Chauffeur license.
COMPENSATION:
The starting rate of pay for this position is $15.00/hour to $17.00/hour based upon education, work related experience, interview process, and working shift. If accepted for employment a 90-day probationary period is required to evaluate the work performance.
