Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, taking into consideration the unique goals of each client.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing solution-focused techniques to address various mental health challenges.
• Deliver virtual therapy through telehealth platforms, ensuring a professional yet empathetic space for client engagement.
• Provide crisis intervention as required, maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor during high-pressure situations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest research and advances in mental health treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Empathetic communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion, authenticity, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Robust organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently handle multiple client schedules.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your license.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working with different demographic groups, including underserved populations, will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with particular evidence-based treatment modalities is a plus.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, depending on your caseload and experience.
