• Manage a diverse caseload effectively, establishing rapport and positive relationships with clients while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress and stability, strategizing on upcoming appointments and discharges as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around each client's unique goals and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients' mental health needs and collaborate on their care plans.
• Participate in individual and team supervision to share insights and strategies that promote clinical excellence and personal growth.
• Work collaboratively with fellow healthcare providers to create integrated care pathways for clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset and integrate continuous learning into daily responsibilities.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Omnicare, you will work primarily with outpatient clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. Our focus is on treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. With an emphasis on creating a supportive and therapeutic environment, you will engage with clients to foster healing, resilience, and effective coping strategies.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted, independent license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating competency in mental health counseling.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication purposes.

• Hands-on experience providing direct psychotherapy services, especially in individual and family therapy contexts.
• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to specific client needs.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000, reflecting experience and qualifications. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
