• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to pinpoint clients' mental health requirements, including their unique challenges and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life adjustments.
• Collaboratively formulate personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and measurable objectives tailored to client needs.
• Provide immediate support through crisis intervention, helping clients navigate urgent mental health situations to ensure their safety.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurately document clinical interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Practice cultural sensitivity while delivering services to clients from varied backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity in our approach.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents seeking mental health support through telehealth services. The ideal candidate will be adept at forming therapeutic relationships that facilitate open communication and trust, enabling clients to share their experiences and challenges comfortably. As a remote counselor, you will work extensively with clients from diverse backgrounds, employing cultural competence to address their specific needs effectively.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in providing mental health counseling, specifically outpatient services.
• Proven clinical skills and a strong foundation in therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective client relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy and a commitment to ethical, professional conduct.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
