We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team at Vibra Diagnostic and Counseling Center. This full-time position allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients struggling with various mental health issues while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work setting. You will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapeutic support to diverse clientele.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, giving our counselors the opportunity to manage their schedules effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Currently operating primarily online, you'll connect with clients through virtual sessions, leveraging telehealth technologies to facilitate seamless interactions. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic alliances while adhering to professional ethical standards.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss treatment objectives, and facilitate discharge processes when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and clinical assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine mental health status and formulate initial treatment strategies.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing coping skills and personal growth.
  • Engage in regular individual supervision to foster skill development and discuss clinical challenges.
  • Collaborate with a variety of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care to a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing mental health disorders like depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance use problems. Your sensitivity to the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client will be essential in offering supportive and effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Current and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation is required, demonstrating hands-on competency.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. We offer a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates that ensure you are paid ahead of collections, eliminating the wait for reimbursement.
