Role Description:

The Sr. Manager, Professional Services Delivery Americas will be responsible for leading the regional execution of Loftware’s professional services project portfolio, driving customer satisfaction, accelerating time to value, and managing services revenue forecasting and delivery performance within the region. This role supports operational excellence and is key successful outcomes across all customer engagements.

Reporting to the Global Sr. Manager Delivery, the Sr. Delivery Manager Americas will oversee a team of Project Managers and serve as the owner for project delivery in the Americas regions. This role demands a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS delivery, strong people management capabilities, and a proven ability to translate project execution into business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Professional Services Revenue Forecasting

  • Own and manage the services revenue forecasting for the Americas region in collaboration with the Technical Consulting and Finance teams.
  • Track and analyze project-level financials (revenue, margin, billing milestones) to ensure alignment with targets.
  • Monitor pipeline, backlog and work-in-progress (WIP) to provide clear, actionable forecasts and identify gaps or risks early.

Project Delivery Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent application of project management methodologies and best practices across all engagements.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with quality expectations.
  • Define and enforce delivery standards that align with Loftware’s strategic goals and customer expectations.
  • Serve as escalation point for project risks and issues; drive resolution strategies that preserve client relationships and commercial outcomes.

Customer Outcomes & Time to Value

  • Champion improvements in CSAT and Time to Value by embedding consistent delivery practices and proactive customer engagement.
  • Establish feedback loops from project teams and clients to identify and act on opportunities for delivery improvement.
  • Ensure transparent and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Delivery Operations & Best Practices

  • Collaborate with O, Operations, and Technical Consulting to implement and enforce standardized project delivery frameworks and reporting protocols.
  • Utilize PSA tools and dashboards to monitor project KPIs, ensuring real-time visibility into project health and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years in project or program delivery within the enterprise SaaS or enterprise software industry.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams of project managers or delivery leaders.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar programs and forecasting services revenue.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with experience in project-level P&L management.
  • Familiarity with project governance, risk management, and enterprise software integration (ERP, CRM, PSA).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; PMP or Agile certifications preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 annually. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum salary that the organization believes it would pay for this role at the time of this posting (these ranges are dependent on location of hire).
