Commercially, the recreational sports market is an industry that is expected to grow to over $100 billion in the next few years, providing a tremendous growth opportunity for Bond and our employees.
Summer Internship Overview
Bond Sports is now hiring for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. The Internship shall begin on June 9th and end August 14th, with the expectation that you will work 30-40 hours a week during that time. We recognize that many of you have school, athletics, and other obligations that you need to balance, and therefore we are not rigid about hours in any given week.
This is a paid internship that will pay $20/hour and will provide the right person with a diverse set of experiences across all key aspects of a fast growing, venture-backed software company. This will include exposure to the following areas: 1) Sales and Business Operations; 2) Customer Success; 3) Business Intelligence; 4) Product Management and Engineering, and 5) Finance. This internship both provides great, real world experience and also has the potential to lead to future job opportunities, as Bond has hired a number of employees that started in this program into full-time positions.
In order to be successful in this internship, you should possess the following characteristics.

  • A curiosity, independence and desire to learn, wherein you will by taking on projects that will require you to digest new material independently and complete important work with minimal supervision
