Job description

Assist clients with campaign management through the following ways:
Execute and deliver projects across client's marketing channels
Manage operational readiness for assigned client's marketing campaigns, ensuring all marketing service teams and associated vendor partners complete required processes and deliverables prior to campaign launch.
Build and maintain a thorough understanding of client data and marketing capabilities, ensuring marketing campaigns are systematically programmed, audited for accuracy, and approved prior to launch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage vendors in the acquisition processes
    • Collaborate between client and Acxiom to optimize execution strategies
    • Work with outside vendors based on assigned campaigns - Transunion, Neustar, Analytic Partners, etc.
  • Execute clear and concise communication with internal partners
    • Deliver routine updates for BAU processing
    • Consult with internal partners on questions and issues
    • Provide adequate written and verbal communication pertaining to related processing
    • Actively participate in idea-generation sessions for process efficiencies and improvements
  • Manage new account acquisition campaigns according to client-provided specifications and timelines and ensure proper audits and sign offs are completed as planned
    • Ensure all tasks are completed on time for 4-5 lines of business
    • Create and implement new or change requests for assigned campaigns
    • Manage the calendar updates for all campaigns
  • Create and maintain process documentation and ensure it's consistent and orderly
    • Ensure process documentation is up to date
    • Develop new documentation as needed
  • Capture and document all campaign related sign offs and approvals
    • Provide approval on Preselection and Fulfillment audits for assigned lines of business
    • Complete the approvals/sign offs in Workfront

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Functional knowledge of solution management
  • Effectively partner with clients and internal teams to answer questions, investigate concerns, conduct research, and ensure successful issue resolution
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and quality standards

  • Campaign Management Tools
  • Financial Services industry background
