  • Escort HPC team members into the Fairfax environment using secure remote desktop screen sharing.ย 

  • Monitor all requester activities during remote sessions to ensure sensitive data is not accessed or copied.ย 

  • Execute Technical Support Guidelines (TSGs) as directed by requesters.ย 

  • Maintain detailed session logs and escalate any suspicious activity per compliance standards.ย 

  • Collaborate with multiple technical teams to ensure smooth and secure access management.ย 

Required Skills:ย 

  • Proficiencyย withย remote access toolsย such as Remote Desktop Connection Manager, PuTTY,ย iLO, iDRAC, and Microsoft Teams.ย
