End User Computing (EUC) Engineer - WA/Redmond / Onsite work

Hiring: EUC / Desktop Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA — 100% Onsite
Duration: 18 Months
Openings: 2

We are looking for an EUC/Desktop Support Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to join a long-term onsite project in Redmond, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-user and desktop support for Windows and macOS
  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, VPN and network connectivity
  • Support SCCM, Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
  • Support MDM/MAM and Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive
  • Support Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Manage ServiceNow tickets and incidents
  • Handle software deployments, OS upgrades and endpoint issues
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/SME teams when required

Required Skills:

  • 5–8 years of Desktop/EUC support experience
  • Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM
  • Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Microsoft 365 support
  • VPN, networking and printer troubleshooting
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Excellent communication and customer-support skills
