• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring an ethical, compassionate, and client-centered approach.
• Employ solution-focused therapeutic modalities to formulate and facilitate effective client treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, guiding them toward positive change.
• Regularly assess client progress within their treatment plans, making necessary adjustments to enhance coping strategies and support effective outcomes.
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation, aligning with state and federal regulations while minimizing paperwork.

As a therapist at our center, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who face a diverse range of mental health needs. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a valid license to practice independently as a Mental Health Therapist, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy in clinical practice.
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with telehealth technology.

While relevant licensure and education are essential, we also value a strong background in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or other evidence-based practices. Prior experience working with adult populations, especially in a remote environment, will be an asset.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits including:
