As a BIM Detailer in our Electrical team, you'll turn electrical design intent into fabrication- and installation-ready models and drawings that directly support manufacturing, coordination, and successful field execution. The Challenge (What You'll Be Responsible For)

• Producing highly accurate electrical BIM models and drawings that meet fabrication and installation standards
• Ensuring models pass QA/QC reviews with minimal revisions
• Supporting coordination across trades to eliminate clashes and ambiguity before construction
• Delivering work reliably to support project and manufacturing schedules
• Continuously improving how BIM tools and workflows are used across projects

Compensation and featured benefits:

• The pay for this position is $65,000– $80,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
• Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
• Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
