Job description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Provides executive leadership for the integration, coordination, and governance of a large-scale, multi-contract integrated energy campus. Responsible for aligning scope, schedule, cost, and risk across all EPC contracts, business units, and stakeholders within the campus to ensure successful delivery.

Engages during early-stage development and project structuring to support alignment of engineering, commercial strategy, and execution approach-helping identify and mitigate integration risks before execution begins.

Serves as the central integration leader across generation, transmission, storage, gas, and data center infrastructure-ensuring alignment between independently executed scopes while enabling Business Units to deliver their work effectively.

Leads delivery of both in-front of the meter (FTM) and behind-the-meter (BTM) integrated energy campuses serving hyperscale data center clients requiring Five-Nines (99.999%) system reliability and Day 1 firm power with no ramp-up tolerance. Directs integration of solar, wind, BESS, natural gas generation, and high-voltage infrastructure into a single campus system, ensuring controls, SCADA, protection systems, and commissioning sequencing are aligned across all scopes before energization.

  • Leads campus-level coordination across all scopes and contracts within the assigned integrated energy campus.
  • Owns the integrated campus schedule across all EPC scopes and contracts.
  • Serves as a senior integration leader and primary client interface at the campus level.
  • Supports alignment of commercial strategies across all campus contracts, including contract structures, risk allocation, and delivery models.
  • Engages in early-stage development to support alignment of engineering, permitting, and execution strategies.
  • Provides campus-level visibility into cost, schedule, and financial performance across all contracts and scopes.
  • Establishes and manages campus-level risk strategies, with emphasis on cross-contract and interface risks.
  • Leads and influences cross-functional teams across all Business Units and scopes within the campus.
  • Represents the organization in industry forums, client engagements, and strategic partnerships.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in energy infrastructure, power generation, or large-scale construction programs.
  • 7+ years in leadership roles; complex industrial projects, multi-technology project experience required.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • BTM/behind-the-meter campus delivery experience will be considered an advantage.

HOW WE INVEST IN YOU

  • Competitive pay
  • 100% employer paid HDHP insurance premiums for employees
  • 401(k) with company match
  • HSA and FSA options
  • Dental and Vision insurance
  • Education Assistance (Tuition Reimbursement)
  • Work/Life balance
  • Employee/Family focused culture
  • Gym on site
  • And more!
