Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through video chat, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor individual therapy sessions to meet client-specific needs effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and progress of each client.
  • Foster insight in clients regarding their feelings, experiences, and personal relationships, guiding them towards healthier perspectives.
  • Continuously monitor client progress, assist in developing effective coping strategies, and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on observed outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a diverse range of mental health needs. Our goal is to assist these individuals in developing essential life skills that enhance their overall quality of life. You will have the opportunity to specialize in specific demographics and mental health issues, allowing you to match your expertise with client needs effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A valid license to practice independently in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • No limited or provisional licenses; absence of any disciplinary actions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all client interactions.
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills to navigate our therapy platform and manage client communications.
Preferred Experience

While we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, those with prior experience in a remote counseling role or who have worked with telehealth platforms may find the transition smoother. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
