This role focuses on building and growing relationships across Tier 2 feed mills, driving pipeline activity, and accelerating the adoption of BinSentry’s HD monitoring solutions.
As a key contributor to the Milling Division’s growth strategy, the Account Manager will engage feed-mill operators, supply-chain leaders, and operational decision-makers to uncover needs, generate demand, and support team-selling alongside VP-level leadership. This role is hands-on, field-oriented, and essential to scaling our presence across North America.

Preferred candidate locations include: Midwest - Minneapolis, MN; Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Madison, WI; Kansas City, MO; Cleveland, OH

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of milling prospects, with a focus on Tier 2 feed-mill groups (2–5 mill operations).
  • Conduct on-site visits (50%–75% travel) to engage mill managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Generate qualified meetings for team-selling with VP Milling and other senior leaders.
  • Identify operational gaps and consultatively position HD solutions around supply-chain visibility, forecasting accuracy, and outage prevention.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Operations to support smooth pilot deployment.
  • Maintain CRM discipline with accurate reporting, forecasting, and activity tracking.
  • Represent BinSentry at regional industry events, trade meetings, and mill-group conferences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in agriculture, feed manufacturing, or ag-supply-chain roles.
  • Strong understanding of mill operations, logistics, and on-farm/ingredient flow.
  • Proven success in field sales, account development, or technical sales roles.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work in industrial/ag environments.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Benefits:

  • Group health and dental benefits
  • Competitive compensation and an equity package

Compensation:

$135,000-155,000 Base + Variable Compensation

Why This Role Matters
This position expands our reach into a critical segment of the milling ecosystem and drives the field execution necessary to scale our HD solutions across North America.
