As a remote team member, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while collaborating with colleagues through virtual platforms. We emphasize teamwork and utilize advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate integrated care. You will receive support from administration to ensure that you can focus on providing exceptional counseling services without administrative burdens.

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake sessions to evaluate clients' mental health status and determine appropriate interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs and mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain ongoing therapeutic relationships with clients through regular sessions, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on progress and feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during difficult moments, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and foster a sense of community among participants.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner using our electronic health record system, maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with substance abuse, mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, and various behavioral health issues. Your clinical expertise will support clients in navigating their challenges and achieving long-term mental wellness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a deep understanding of various mental health disorders.
• Strong grasp of evidence-based treatment methodologies and cultural competence in therapy.
• Proficient crisis intervention skills, with the ability to perform calmly in high-stress situations.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy sessions through culturally informed lenses.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.

The salary range for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
