Job description

Why This Role Matters:
The Data & Systems Support Analyst will provide technical support and subject matter expertise for Property & Casualty (P&C) administration platforms with a specialization in Claims systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, usability, and effectiveness of Claims technology solutions while delivering a high level of customer service to business stakeholders. Experience with WCXP (Insurity or similar Platform) and a strong understanding of the Claims process are highly preferred.
How You'll Contribute:
  • Provide day-to-day production support for P&C Claims administration platforms, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and incidents.
  • Partner with business users, vendors, and IT teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities, ensuring solutions align with Claims business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including technical knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and incident resolution steps.
  • Deliver effective communication and customer service, ensuring business partners are informed and supported throughout the issue resolution process.
  • Collaborate with Claims operations and cross-functional IT teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Provide end-user training and support as needed.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of IT support experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry; direct experience with Claims systems preferred.
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Working knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting with visual workflow designers.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with insurance compliance and regulatory requirements in Claims processing.
  • WCXP Experience and Claims process knowledge highly preferred.
  • SQL or reporting/data analysis skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting system integrations within the P&C insurance environment.

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related skills, and experience.
