MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist – Lead Generation (Talent Acquisition) located in Remote. Our client is an Food industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. Role Summary / Overview

The Sourcing Specialist – Lead Generation is a hands-on sourcing role within the Talent Acquisition organization, focused exclusively on research, talent mapping, lead generation, and pipeline development. This position does not include full-cycle recruiting responsibilities and is intended for professionals who prefer to specialize in front-end sourcing rather than end-to-end recruiting.

This role supports hiring initiatives across sales, supply chain, and sales-support functions, primarily within food distribution and related industries. Success in this role requires strong research capability, attention to data accuracy, and comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Job Duties:

Proactively research, identify, and generate qualified talent leads using LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM/ATS platforms, and online databases

Build and maintain targeted sourcing pipelines aligned with defined role profiles (e.g., sales, supply chain, warehouse leadership)

Qualify leads based on industry, role alignment, experience level, and geographic fit

Conduct outbound sourcing activities, including LinkedIn sourcing, email research, and data enrichment

Maintain clean, accurate, and well-organized records in Workday and Phenom

Track and report sourcing metrics such as lead volume, responsiveness, and quality

Partner with Recruiters and TA leadership to support 20–30 active requisitions at a time

Provide market mapping and competitor research to support long-term hiring strategies

Stay current on sourcing tools, platforms, and market trends

Ensure compliance with data privacy and internal policies

Required Skills / Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sourcing, lead generation, recruiting support, or market research

Strong experience sourcing sales and/or supply chain professionals

Advanced user of:

LinkedIn Recruiter

Indeed Sourcing

ATS/CRM systems (Workday and Phenom preferred)

Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Excellent written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience sourcing in: Food distribution Supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments

B2B sourcing or lead generation background

Familiarity with email outreach tools and sourcing automation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Additional Information

Duration: 06 Months with possibility of extension

Location: Remote

Shift hours:  Monday–Friday, flexible start time (7am–9am CST typical)
