Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.


You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of ownership for savings logic across Provider Education
  • Align methodologies between Matrix Partners  
  • Provide transparency and consistency to internal and external stakeholders


The scope of this role spans both tactical execution and strategic alignment:

  • Ad-hoc Issue Intake & Resolution
    • Support all Provider Education programs addressing data integrity, reporting, and logic-related issues
  • Savings Logic Ownership & Governance
    • Act as the liaison between Matrix Partners, ensuring alignment with PE operational leadership
  • Internal Stakeholder Alignment
    • Translate and explain savings logic to internal matrix partners to ensure consistent understanding and alignment on performance metrics
  • Client-Facing Support
    • Communicate savings methodology, identification logic, and program performance to external clients, including Coding, Finance, and Audit leadership
  • Analytics & Reporting Innovation
    • Ideate and support development of dashboards and reporting solutions to enhance visibility into PE performance across stakeholders utilizing AI capabilities
  • Clinical Module Development
    • Partner with PE Operations and development resources to intake new coding modules and perform savings estimation
  • Operational Analytics Support
    • Execute ad-hoc scripts supporting invoicing and report values to finance

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Microsoft SQL Coding experience writing queries, creating schemas/maintaining tables, or similar experience
  • 3 years of SQL Server Management Studio, or similar experience
  • 3 years of Microsoft Excel 
  • 3 years of Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
  • 3 years of Alteryx or similar ETL/Transformation Tools


Preferred Qualification:

  • Amazon Redshift

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
