Accountabilities

As a contributor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality first-person video recordings that meet project requirements and support the collection of valuable AI training data.

  • Record first-person (egocentric) perspective videos using a compatible recording device such as a head mount, chest mount, action camera, or smart glasses.
  • Capture everyday activities including household tasks, cooking, organizing, DIY projects, hobbies, or other routine actions.
  • Provide clear, continuous narration while performing each recorded activity.
  • Follow detailed recording guidelines and quality standards throughout the project.
  • Complete video recordings ranging from 1 to 20 minutes in length.
  • Submit recordings within the project timeline of approximately 2-4 weeks.
  • Respond to quality feedback when necessary to improve future submissions.
  • Ensure recordings accurately represent natural everyday activities while maintaining consistent narration.
Requirements:

The ideal contributor is comfortable recording daily activities, communicating clearly, and following project instructions to produce high-quality video content.

  • Fluency in at least one of the supported narration languages: English, Polish, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, or Turkish.
  • Ability to comfortably record videos from a first-person perspective.
  • Clear verbal communication skills with the ability to provide continuous narration during recordings.
  • Access to compatible recording equipment or willingness to obtain the required recording accessories.
  • Ability to follow detailed project instructions and meet quality standards.
  • Availability to participate during the 2-4 week project period.
  • Previous experience with AI data collection or similar projects is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual and multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible recording schedule.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote freelance opportunity with complete location flexibility.
  • Flexible schedule allowing you to record at times that fit your availability.
  • Compensation of $20 USD / 17 per accepted hour of recorded video, paid via PayPal.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced AI technologies.
  • Full-time participation (up to 40 hours per week) is available, while part-time contributors are also welcome.
  • Reimbursement for eligible recording equipment after completing at least 10 hours of accepted video recordings.
  • Clear project guidelines, quality feedback, and equipment recommendations to support successful participation.
