Job description

As an Electric Utilities Data Processor, you are tasked with operational excellence. You will work with the Data and Processing Manager and Program Manager to formulate and execute upstream, midstream, and downstream data management strategies for electric utilities projects.

Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Preparing Data: Verify and review data received from data controllers to ensure accuracy, relevance, and completeness.

Inputting Data: Enter data into relevant software systems, ensuring there are no errors, and the data is correctly translated for analysis.

Organizing Data: Create graphs, charts, and reports to help data controllers understand the data, providing context and insights.

Storing Data: Maintain both raw and processed data securely, ensuring it is accessible for future use and analysis.

Intermediary Role: Act as a liaison between data subjects and data controllers, converting raw data into readable formats.

Designing IT Systems: Assist in creating and modifying IT systems to gather and process data efficiently, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Required Qualifications:

English

Ability to verify and validate incoming data for completeness

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (specifically, Excel)

Experience working with data management and analytics platforms

Ability to communicate upstream, downstream, and laterally with peers, superiors, and other departments

Familiar with secure data storage, ability to follow established data security protocols

Ability to adapt current experience to new systems

Ability to follow existing SOPs

Proven ability to work independently
