About You:
As a Payroll Project Manager at our SaaS HCM (Human Capital Management) company, you will play a crucial role in providing superlative client experiences. You will work closely with the implementation team and client stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient transition to our payroll software. Your primary responsibilities will include client communication, configuring payroll systems, managing data migration, and providing end-user training and support. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the implementation team and client representatives to understand their payroll requirements and configure the system accordingly.
2. Manage data migration from the client's existing payroll system to our SaaS payroll software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Conduct thorough testing of the payroll system to identify and resolve any configuration or data issues.
4. Provide training to clients on how to effectively use the payroll software, including processing payrolls, generating reports, and handling employee-related information.
