This position operates primarily within a remote setting, providing flexibility while maintaining regular business hours. The therapist may occasionally engage in evening consultations as necessary, especially during peak periods. • Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to individually evaluate the mental health needs of students, effectively developing personalized treatment plans that foster resilience and growth.
• Provide targeted short-term individual counseling sessions as well as crisis intervention services to students facing a variety of mental health concerns.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and workshops that address important topics such as coping mechanisms, stress management, and personal development.
• Collaborate proactively with school staff, medical professionals, and community partners to ensure a holistic support system that addresses all facets of students' well-being.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at mental health awareness, teaming up with local organizations to promote wellness within the community.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all patient interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the highest level of data integrity.

You will work primarily with students of varying ages and backgrounds, addressing a spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental challenges. Your role is critical in promoting mental health awareness among young individuals and equipping them with the tools to navigate personal and academic challenges.

• Must possess an active state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of the specific mental health issues affecting students in an educational setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with students and their families.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapeutic models applicable in a school environment.
• Strong ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently in a fast-paced setting while effectively prioritizing tasks.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with children and adolescents in schools or community health contexts.
• Experience in crisis intervention and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to students in distress.
• Knowledge of local resources and services that can enhance the support network for students and their families.

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
