Accounts Receivable Representative – Remote (EST/CST)

Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible 8-hour shift between 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Pay: $19.55/hr W2

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Accounts Receivable Representatives with healthcare experience for a fully remote opportunity. This role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving patient billing issues, processing payments, and supporting account reconciliation activities.

Medicare or Medicare Part D experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Handle patient account and collection calls
  • Resolve billing/payment inquiries
  • Process adjustments, refunds, and reconciliation tasks
  • Perform accurate data entry and documentation
  • Use Excel, Outlook, and internal systems daily
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance in a remote environment
Requirements
